It's YOUR Time to Shine

When I wrote the words on this torn paper collage a few years ago, I didn't realize there was an "s" missing in the word possibility. It wasn't until I enlarged it on my computer screen a few months back to send to a few friends that I noticed. What I could label a mistake, I'm choosing to see as an opening, an opportunity that adds another dimension to this affirmation of the heart. What "s" words are missing in your life right now? Maybe a little more silence, serenity, stillness, sacred moments, sagacity, silliness, simplicity, softening, sweetness, soaring, smiling, singing, shining?

How might you complete the sentence:
"I open to pos_ibility and fly to...?"

Come visit my new website and together we can explore this, or whatever whispered questions and wise answers are waiting in the chambers of your heart.

TA-DA, my updated website is finally running with paypal buttons and some new pages, ie. Spiritual Direction and Lev b'Lev SoulCollage. Of course I am still offering Kaizen-Muse Creativity CoachingPlease stop by and see what sparks your interest :)

My darling CTO (AKA Gordon) worked tirelessly to meet my not so easy to accommodate asthetic standards. Since neither one of us is an actual web designer...but he's a software engineer/architect and I'm a designer of things visual...we some how muddled along and it looks pretty good (well we think so).

God willing, Yoga and Meditation will be something I can offer again one of these days; if not in person, then through podcasts. Soon guided meditation podcasts will be available in the on my website and I'm working with a close friend on the possibility of yoga podcasts too...all gentle and with a focus on healing. Unfortunately the chipmunks refused to back off, so we have to re-record (is that a word?) the first podcast we created. A Fine Art Photo Boutique is also in the planning stages where you will be able to purchase my photos online.

So in between, re-membering how to walk and move in my body, writing blog posts, being mom, wife, sister, daughter and friend...(and working on some tunes for the klezmer band...I wrote one and they liked it, so now I have some song writing to do!) ...looking into contractors to make our house more accessible (because stairs are NOT my favorite mountain to climb). I would love an opportunity to sit with you, coach you, listen, connect and be a guide. I am low on physical energy but my mental, emotional and spiritual juices are flowing quite well! While I do have some current on-going clients, I also have a few hours a week of space open. Let me know if I can be of service to you.

And in my excitement and joy for what is good and makes me happy, there is a heaviness that I feel. In this breath I pause to send out prayers of healing for so many people I care about who are suffering with rogue cancer cells, and necrotic pancreases, livers that need replacing, immune systems gone wonky, knees that have undergone surgery, other painful joints that move in and out of place or just swell and make movement difficult, aching bellies, broken hearts (in multiple ways), nervous systems that just don't communicate well, financial woes, grief and sadness for loved ones lost and life that has changed drastically. You know who you are, young and older, I will mention no names here, just know that I hold you all in my heart and prayers daily and before I go to sleep each night, praying for healing, for ease, however it will come for you.

Gentle steps,

Laura

  5. I saw your spelling "error" as perhaps a way to say pose-ability, connecting the body's ability to move with the spirit's desire to express itself.

  8. you are amazing!

Chipmunks made me laugh, because they are part of the deal, are they not, kind of like an exterior monkey mind... perhaps they are "chip monks", adding to the lesson.
