ReplyDeleteAw, that's so cute. I used to love snow days when I lived in New York. Now, in Southern New Mexico, snow is a welcome novelty.

Ah yes, I remember that 'Hooray, snow day!!!' feeling! It really was a treat when that happened to me though, since in Montreal they very rarely closed the public schools since school buses can get through almost anything...

ReplyDeleteSuch a peaceful feeling when all is still and the snow adds it's blanket to cover the sleeping household.
I remember with joy the feeling of peering out of steamed up windows and sensing the stillness that lay around me. Here the fog serves to create a similar effect. Good weather for art making...
