  6. Those reflections are really appealing... The first one is quite amazinf, cause it mute some ordinary object into a solar symbol... And the colors so dark on the second one are very impressive... Thanks for this inspring sharing !

  8. Lovely reflections, Laura! I like the water rings with the wheel and the glass-smoothness of the sky/tree image.

  9. Belated happy birthday greetings.

So know what you mean about stairs.
All of a sudden I think of them in the language of toddlers: Climbing the wooden hill.
I used to climb them 52 times a day in a row (a pack of cards deposited one by one on the landing) as a training period for our climbing holidays.
Now I have to hang on to the banisters and pull myself up :-)
Like you say grateful memories help.
It is amazing to learn that our mind can adapt to our body's failings.

Like the tree silhouette in the icy puddle.

  18. I like the second one, Laura. It reminds me that even when things look dark, and what I see is downwards, I need only look up to my Creator to find light and beauty.

  21. I like the reflection of the wheel, it's very dreamy. The branch casts a dark (not in the evil sense) mood.

  22. Your top image seems to be getting favored more, but I like the textures and lines in the second one.
