Shine the Divine:
Creativity IS a Spiritual Practice
When we see through our hearts, we recognize that every single one of us is infused with creativity. Divine Sparks are embedded in everyone and everything. It's up to us to be courageous, to look and listen deeply, to find the sparks, gather and release them back into the universe, transformed into something new. Join me as we wake up to the sacred-ordinary blessings waiting to greet us each and every day.

Blessed by your friendship

ReplyDeleteTHE SKY’S A MOST WONDERFUL THING
The sky’s a most wonderful thing,
Within it some strange creatures sing:
The angels and such;
But dragons? Not much—
They’d rather breathe fire and take wing.

I just got caught up on your last few posts. I love your series of flower photos, particularly the ones in this post and the previous one of the crab apple blossoms. May, when these flowers come out and fill the air with their sweet scent before raining down like confetti, is my favorite month and I've always known that I wanted to get married in mid-May some day and have my photo taken with my husband under a flowering crab apple tree :o)
ReplyDeleteBlossoms against a blue sky after a gentle bath - is there anything finer? Gorgeous shots!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a beautiful weekend, Laura.
marvelous shots..I love the first one and the last.
ReplyDeleteLaura...When I look one tree I think about the life...and the way that we walk since our birth until our death...pure reflection.
Everyday I learn more and more with the nature...
nice day
so beautiful Laura! love your eye, your heart, your mind - YOU!! xoxox K
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots of the blossoms against the lovely sky. Beautiful words too!
ReplyDeleteWe are all "blessed " by your posts. Awesome shot of that beautiful sky--and lovey haiku. Have a pleasant weekend. Mickie :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Laura! And I love your words! This sunday started with sunshine, but it turned to a rainy day. But all the plants needed it! And I guess miraculous things will happen when the sun comes back :o)
ReplyDeleteWish you a great weekend!
Love Irene
So much beauty here, Laura -- I just read through your past several posts. And I am prayin for the dear boy Jack and his precious family. Love to you...
ReplyDeleteMany blessings to you Laura. Thanks for the pictures.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful flowering tree! We have been tracking the clouds a lot in recent days, trying to predict what the weather will be. After all the rain that is predicted for the next few days I am looking forward to blooming flowers and clouds.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful photos and so lovely flowers...
ReplyDeleteGorgeous spring blossoms!!!
ReplyDeletethat first photo is absolutely breathtaking. illustrates your small stone thought so very very well...
ReplyDeleteOh so beautiful! Both~ pictures and words!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your beautiful light.
ReplyDeleteLaura, I love how you take us from the divine to the particular in these gorgeous apple blossom photographs. And then as I look into the face of the blossoms--there is the face of the divine once again!
ReplyDeleteLovely post...
ReplyDeleteIsn't the earth a most generous force?
ReplyDeleteWhat a truly powerful comment. We are truly bless. It is good to be reminded about the beauty all around. It is good to hear that your daughter is feeling better and you are more active.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Shanae
I have tried to comment since last week but either blogger having issues or my computer or an interuption kept me from doing so...so finally I am here. :) When I read what you had written about being up and about...and "doing mom stuff" so you are not able to read and comment like normal, I literally cried tears of joy. My friend, this made my day. Please don't ever apologize about living life.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful captures...and yes such a blessing...just as you are to me...you bless me with your heart and the love and sweetness you have shared so freely with me.
I love you my friend. I am hugging you through my screen and sending you lots of love. (((Laura)))
PS And just so you know...I know that even when you don't comment or have a chance to read, that you are thinking of me and others...just as I am of you when I am not able to make the connection through reading or words. :)
that first shot is stunning... love them all... miraculous things indeed x
ReplyDeleteAmazing, a whole season captured in one little verse! The blooming tree is wonderful!
