I am currently cocooned in “Blog Silence.” Enjoy the photos until I return to writing upon spring’s arrival.

I am so sorry everyone, but I am still having difficulty with speech due to this latest MS exacerbation. There will be no live meditation tele-circles until further notice. To keep our connection going, The Healing Womb will be offered as pre-recorded podcasts from the Khanti Healing Circle I facilitated last year. I will post one every other Friday until my voice returns to one you can easily understand. Minucha B’Lev is now available as a text link for this week under Session 3. I hope the practices sustain you. May all beings be blessed with lovingkindness, compassion, joy, healing and peace.

River of Stones: July 1

Muffled words, giggles, the rush of water from a shower, all merge, slipping beneath the closed door in this sunbathed bedroom as I lie here resting, enjoying the vibrant sound of life with my family, eleven of us gathered for the pleasure of being together as we do every year at this time for the past eighteen.

  9. Rivers flow, running full of peace, over stones and around large boulders. Rivers remind me of life, flowing on and one, over, under, around whatever is needed. Water is soothing and spiritual too me.

So happy this is a fun time.

    Thank you, for sharing.
