Keeping things simple, here on my blog today as my daughter and I prepare to leave for a journey toward deep healing, roots to branches.
She starts what my husband refers to as "PT boot camp," The Mayo Family Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Center at Children’s Hospital Boston this Monday. I'll be staying with her at a nearby hotel. (I wrote more about this here). Parental participation and education is integrated into the program. I’m so grateful that my breathing is improving and I will be able to be as present as possible for her.
Breath by breath each day unfolds anew.
I love trees. There's a wisdom about them that we can always look up to.
