Blue Sky Brought Down

Stitched by the One Who, comforts us all beneath heaven’s quilt. Grateful for hues and textures reflected off the silky bark of a white birch. Sky blue brought down to a place I can touch with bare fingers, close enough to this tree to place my cheek against its smooth-rough, cool surface... blessing received.

  4. It looks like the sky became part of the tree ~ right alongside instead of the usual background. Beautiful.

Your recent posts about how life is different from four years ago have spoken to me. I am glad I started blogging then because while I didn't know what was to come it has made all the difference to have you and other online friends travel along with me. I have learned so much during this time and I am grateful for your wisdom and support.
