Life Longs To BE

Shaded beneath a fallen tree, on a winter morning through softened snow, this bit of green beauty longed to grow

…and it did.

I've been feeling well for several weeks now, able to do more and more around the house and even take short walks into the patch of woods behind our house with my poodle pal, Ellie. This means I've not been online much. Instead I'm living life, pushing through the "snow" of MS that has encased my body and left me in a virtual state of physical "frozen-ness" for the past four years. I am grateful beyond words. I don't know how long this remission will last...but it is here now. I AM HERE now and fully present to this gift of grace.
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And speaking of gratitude...
Thank you to Louise @ the sacred cave for offering me this award.
This is the second time I've received this award which is deeply appreciated. The first time it was offered to me by Kristen @  the spirit that moves me.
where beauty grows
inspiring blog award
I thought, well if this one was given to me twice perhaps it is time to start a new blog award to be offered to those on whose pages beauty grows. I am selecting five blogs to get it going. There are so MANY blogs that inspire me, it is difficult to choose only five and that is why I need your help to spread the love. Even if you are not one to typically post awards on your blog permanently, I hope that you will accept this one long enough to breathe in the feeling of being appreciated, then copy and paste it, post it on your blog so that you can share it with a handful of other bloggers who inspire you.
Brandi @ ~serendipity~
... ok, and five more because I have ten fingers after all.
Teri @ Teri Hoover Photography
And ONE more for
Emily @ Imperfect Prose (Thanks Em for all the time you've spent creating this beautiful meme...I'm sad to see it go, but you have some important work to do... all of it from a place of love!)
I'm so grateful for this current remission from MS I want to mention one more blogger who has inspired me please visit Rebecca @ Recuerda Mi Corazon and make a generous donation to support the work of MDA (MD is another terribly disabling disease, there are too many).
Okay, ONE more: Karen @ Happy Hippie Yoga Chick
