Glory Between Storms

everything changes
low morning sun lights new leaves
through fast moving clouds

glory between storms
these impossible contrasts
are ever present

 wake up wake up wake
up and witness the strangeness
 of life unfolding

your heart unfurling
inhaling the Mystery
of this one moment

Hod she b'Tiferet - Being within Beauty

For this day Rabbi Yael writes:
"The light, the wisdom, the glory that rises from the unfolding of creation...Take notice of the sky and the glorious luminance of the day..."

  3. Ahh...we flit between the contrasts with grace and blessing. And when are quiet enough, we can take a part in creating the path of beauty. You once again create that path. Lovely words and images. Xo

  4. This is so inspiring and beautiful. We had a very early Spring here in the mountains this year. Everything was budding by the first week of March and full by the end and now the cool rains of April are here. A special gift of two months of a blooming spring. xo

  27. Wow, I mean really, WOW! The natural lighting on that first photo is unbelievable! All the photos are grand. Your haiku go right along and narrate the sky and the blooms in Spring. I love the last Haiku, the unfurling heart. That is awesome when matched with that unfurling leaf. Really nice stuff!
