golden
ring of grass
dying as
light meets light soon
beneath the surface
darkness will nourish creative life-force ever circling 'round again |
B’reishit, Creation,
begins in the cycle of Torah just as
death in the Northern Hemisphere is descending towards winter’s long slumber.
Luminous halos and brilliant textured wings surrender to earth's welcoming
embrace. How magnificent, linking end to beginning. Life born of words through mysterious pregnant darkness; lifeforce intends to BE, so it IS.

Torah ends with the letter lamed and begins with bet, together they spell the word LEV---heart. |

The beginning and end, the end and beginning of all
BEING is held in love.
