All this in a moment
~all this in a day.
Each inhalation unbidden arrives enlivening
us.
Perhaps we exhale a song a sigh a word a
laugh a cry
and breath
~continues to come to flow with the
fullness of this life
this gift this moment and the next
unfolding.
Everything we feel see hear taste smell
touch think we know
and that which is beyond comprehension
mysteriously unravels
invisible knots. And the not’s (without the
"k" the shoulds and shouldn’ts
the coulds the couldn’ts the woulds the
wouldn’ts fall away 'til blessing
~only blessing exists.
The expansive selfless Self bigger than
hopes or dreams or the tiny boxes we’ve believed far too long contained us and
others open wide to the whole holy Is-ness. The wisdom of love floods each
biological cell as the prison walls shatter because all that matters ~all that
matters is being here now; breathed by breath rising from empty potential.
All this in a moment
~all this in a day.
Oh those tiny boxes.. we carry them around. Hoping to hold onto or capture the isness. SO fearful that we might loose it. Once again lovely images, lovely words.xo
