Shine the Divine:

Creativity IS a Spiritual Practice

When we see through our hearts, we recognize that every single one of us is infused with creativity. Divine Sparks are embedded in everyone and everything. It's up to us to be courageous, to look and listen deeply, to find the sparks, gather and release them back into the universe, transformed into something new. Join me as we wake up to the sacred-ordinary blessings waiting to greet us each and every day.

Hakarat Hatov #9

This month I am continuing the mindful, Jewish spiritual practice of hakarat hatov, recognizing the good as a way to cultivate gratitude.

I am appreciating receiving and reading your beautiful messages and adding them to our Quilt. I look forward to more compassionate words of thanks to stitch in. For this year's:

5th Annual
(Instructions for how to participate can be found at the top of this page, no actual sewing required, just an open heart and the words that rise up.)

 I Heart Macro Week 26

through Wednesday evening if you'd like to join us.

  6. OH! MY! most definitely the good. I love the Jewishish faith. The more I learn about the more beautiful I think it is. These days I'm embracing the Jewish side of my Catholic roots. :) Awesome photo too by the way.
