inward bound journey
destination spacious heart
a pause for balance
|
I
am traveling physically as well, first visiting with family and then off to a
retreat for Jewish Mindfulness Meditation Teachers where I will learn from/with
my beloved teachers and colleagues.
I Heart Macro will also pause for two weeks after
this post and resume again on August 2.
I
may not be able to comment on your links while I'm away, the same thing
happened last week, I have been occupied with many things in my off-line
life, hence the need to journey inward and pause for balance. I hope too
that this will be a good thing for my nervous system/body, as I continue to
heal from what seems to be an "un-official" MS exacerbation. So, even
when I don't stop by to tell you, I read and appreciate all of your kind
comments (and emails) as well as the beautiful photos some have shared
here through the linky tool.
I want to thank everyone who has made a donation to Alicia and Chris’s Go Fund Me site. Your compassion and generosity are truly helping this young, loving family at this extremely difficult period in their lives.

with open eyes. And when you do so, a sense of wonder and quiet contentment
